Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the shift and support a team. Starting pay is $15-$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

You'll lead daily shift operations, help customers choose wash packages, ensure safety, and promote a positive, team-focused environment. WhiteWater Express offers internal promotion, performance bonuses, and benefits including 401(k) with company match and insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
