Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Pearland, TX is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily operations, mentor the team, and ensure top-tier customer service during fast-paced shifts.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. You’ll receive paid training, opportunities to advance, and benefits such as health coverage and a 401(k). This role offers room for growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
