Job summary

Jersey Mike's, part of PG1 Restaurants, is looking for a Shift Leader to guide a team and keep the restaurant running smoothly on every shift.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, coaching teammates, and ensuring standards while maintaining a positive culture. This position offers 30+ hours per week with opportunities for promotion to Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership & Operations: open/close procedures and lead 3–8 team members.
• Food Quality & Prep: bake bread, prep daily, slice meats and cheeses.
• Standards & Accountability: follow policies and uphold Core Values.
• Quality & Safety: ensure food safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Business Goals: manage cash, labor, inventory and shift performance.
• Coaching & Culture: mentor team, handle guest concerns professionally.
