Job summary

Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will train and coach team members, manage cash, resolve conflicts, and ensure health, safety and service standards are met.

We offer flexible Full/Part Time schedules, weekly pay with paid training, and 401k matching. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour including tips, with opportunities for advancement within our expanding franchise in PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
