Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Conroe, TX. The role supports daily shift operations, guides a team, and ensures customer satisfaction while promoting a safe, clean wash experience.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with biweekly tips, plus paid training and growth opportunities within the company. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented environment are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
