Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to manage a restaurant shift, driving profitability, guest satisfaction and team performance. The role supports the RGM and AM, directing a team to execute the shift plan and maintain brand standards.

You will lead by example, ensuring accurate product preparation, timely service, and adherence to cash controls while coaching Team Members to improve overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shift to deliver sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Direct shifts to ensure accurate, fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Set an example by executing shift plans and driving operational results.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Motivate Team Members on each workstation during the shift.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the restaurant upholds brand standards and operational integrity.
• Performs duties of a Team Member when necessary.
