Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused and motivated under the direction of the RGM and AM.

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in where needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
