Job summary

Tossitup, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day in-store operations in a fast-paced Jimmy John’s location. You will support the General Manager, ensure duties are performed efficiently, and lead by example with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration with staff, and adherence to store procedures, with opportunities for career growth toward Store Manager. Experience in quick service is beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
• Opportunities for career advancement to Titled Manager.
• Part of the Inshop tipping pool that is included on the employee's biweekly paycheck.
• Free employee meal every shift over 6 hours.
