Bruegger's Bagels in Iowa City is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in delivering a great guest experience. You will help lead the team, open and close the store, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a path to leadership within Bagel Brands. A high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and ServSafe certification are required before training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at specific locations.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and beverages, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Support the General Manager and help set morale and tone of the team.
