KFC in DeLand, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and partner with the management team to execute cash handling, inventory control, and labor plans while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience preferred.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Able to adhere to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet KFC's standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide regular feedback.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Assist RGM with screening candidates and labor management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Resolve conflicts with the RGM to reach solutions.
