Job summary

KFC is hiring a Shift Leader to drive the restaurant team, lead shifts with energy, and uphold high standards for guest satisfaction. You’ll coach teammates, work with the management team, and help shape restaurant initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll oversee daily tasks, ensure food safety and quality, manage labor, and provide feedback to the RGM, while promoting KFC’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift tasks, ensuring cleanliness and neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide feedback to management on team performance.
• Coach and develop Team Members during shifts.
• Assist with labor, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Screen candidates and support RGM in staffing decisions.
