RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager in Texas to lead a fast-paced team during your shift. You’ll set the tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while coaching team members in real-time to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence, while maintaining a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean, safe, fast store operations and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Rings up guests on a cash register and ensures stock and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and suggest complementary products to enhance experience.
• Lead store team on designated shifts and coach teammates.
• Oversee inventory, write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
