Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate a cash register, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves and manage inventory.
• Coach and develop team members during shifts to meet standards.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Lead shift-change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
