RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest service across our stores in Texas.

You will coach, train, and empower team members, handle daily store operations, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards while driving performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time with guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Oversee shift-change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback to drive results.
