Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for the shift.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication.
