RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth store operations. You’ll coach staff, handle daily tasks, and reinforce safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set the tone, motivate team, and provide direction.
• Coach team members in real time and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Drive Operational Excellence: train staff to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance.
