You will train, coach, and supervise team members, ensuring compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling standards while maintaining a positive, guest-focused store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail/food service and 1+ years in leadership, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communications.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
