Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking Shift Managers for our new store opening, with multiple shifts available. You will lead a winning team on your shift, set a cheerful, can-do tone, and coach teammates in real time to deliver exceptional guest service.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll drive operational excellence, train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met while developing future leaders for our growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach others and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide direction, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
• Train staff to meet guest service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and compliance documentation.
