Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-moving store team. You will set the tone on your shift, coach associates, ensure guest satisfaction, and help run food service, stocking, and cash handling with a cheerful, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
