RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead store teams on a fast-paced, customer-focused shift. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, supervise daily operations, and coach teammates to excellence across service, food, stock, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift, setting a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
