Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Train for the position of Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard
• Control inventory to meeting company GAP standard
• Maintain reports and records per company standards
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits
• Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed
