Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Assist with labor cost management to meet standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Manage cash handling procedures during shifts; balance as required.
