Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations and safety as needed.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company policy and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
