Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the independent franchisee of Hardee’s Restaurants, seeks a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will supervise shifts, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability with a constant focus on standards.

You will train crew, lead by example, manage labor costs, control inventory, and maintain reports while upholding safety policies in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
