Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold top standards in quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability during the shift.

You will lead by example, manage labor costs, ensure safety and compliance, conduct crew briefings, and collaborate with management to deliver consistent guest experiences. Prior shift leadership and 18+ age apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Preferred valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures during shifts and maintain safety compliance.
• Ensure professional appearance and enforce HR, sanitation, and security policies.
