Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the United States. You will lead a team of up to 20, enforce company policies, and ensure guest satisfaction while training crew and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience as a shift leader or higher.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be available to work days starting at 4:30 am or nights until 1:00 am, seven days a week.
• Successful completion of an eight week training program.
• Must have endurance to manage a restaurant for long shifts and perform crew duties
• Must maintain professional dress, manners, conduct and speech
• Must be punctual, dependable and organized
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations during shift and lead a team of up to 20 people.
• Ensure policies are followed and guest expectations are exceeded.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Maintain safe and sanitary environment and comply with laws and regulations.
• Perform accounting duties, reconcile cash and help meet budgets.
