Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role reports to the General Manager and requires leading a team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will manage shift operations, handle cash, monitor SOPs, and drive performance by ensuring efficient service. You will also train and coach staff, delivering feedback to support accountability and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on management, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed, maintain urgency to speed service, monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback and support accountability.
