• Maintains inventory and receives truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations.
• Coaches Team Members to raise performance and standards.
• Directs shift operations to meet speed-of-service goals and brand standards.
• Performs Team Member duties when necessary.
