Qdoba in Minneapolis is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager by managing shifts and driving sales and profits. You will supervise a team, ensure food quality, and uphold brand procedures while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include training staff, handling customer concerns, and maintaining sanitation standards. This role may require lifting and long hours with a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service.
• Basic math skills and ability to manage cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and long shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Perform all duties of cook, line server, and cashier as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Enforce company policies and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Train new employees on proper procedures.
• May lift up to 50 lbs and maintain sanitation standards.
• Walk/stand for the duration of the shift and ensure costs are monitored.
