Qdoba is seeking an Assistant Manager in Shakopee, MN to support the General Manager in driving sales and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will interview and hire staff, train on procedures, manage records, and help control labor and food costs while maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic dining atmosphere for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience in QSR.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills.
• Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Capable of performing all duties of a cook, a line server, a cashier.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Maintain operation standards and meet corporate expectations.
• Manage record keeping procedures and meet corporate expectations.
• Control cost of goods and labor.
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
