Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Pensacola, FL seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, drive guest service excellence, and develop team members. You’ll support the RGM and AM, manage a shift of Team Members, and ensure profitability and brand standards are met.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years in quick-service. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follows the shift plan and drives operational results.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Motivates Team Members during shifts at each of the workstations.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that the restaurant upholds all operational and brand standards.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
