Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader who reports to the Restaurant General Manager to assist in managing shifts in our Taco Bell restaurant, training team members, handling customer service needs, and modeling expected behavior.

The role focuses on fast, accurate service, safety, and maintaining quality in line with company standards. You will train staff, support local marketing plans, and foster a positive work environment while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Supervisory experience in QSR or retail.
• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Basic business math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensures a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
• Motivates and trains team members.
• Maintains equipment, facility, and grounds via preventative maintenance.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Executes corporate and local marketing plans in a timely manner.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts.
• Provides regular feedback to the team and RGM.
