You will oversee shift coverage, manage inventory, and contribute to ongoing process improvements, aiming to maintain product quality, food safety, and positive guest experiences during all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company's product goals.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and responds to customer needs; minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures; manages shift coverage and controls costs.
