Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on a rotating schedule in our Florida locations. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and oversee key store processes with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail/food service with 1+ year of supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a positive attitude.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
