RaceTrac is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Florida. You will lead a winning team on your shift, ensure top guest service, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

This hands-on role emphasizes coaching, inventory oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service and at least 1 year in leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (in progress or completed).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments with guest focus.
• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set a cheerful, can-do tone to motivate the team.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, promotions, and write-offs; ensure cash wrap compliance.
• Lead shift change communication and maintain team alignment throughout the day.
