Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Manager-on-Duty to lead daily operations across our California locations. You will manage shift execution, coach team members, ensure safety and brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities to train others, and a clear pathway into higher-level operations. Applicants should be 18+, with a high school diploma and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution, including staffing, operations, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to standards.
• Uphold safety and brand standards across the site.
