Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to act as Manager-on-Duty, driving daily operations, safety, and service quality. You will lead a team, coordinate staffing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability, with opportunities for development into higher-level operations leadership within a growing company. Must be 18+, with HS diploma or GED and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, operations, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards and performance.
