Job summary

Carrols is seeking an entry-level leadership-focused Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King in North Wilkesboro, NC. You’ll lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, fast service, cleanliness, and safety while coaching in the moment to keep the team motivated and accountable.

You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, manage workflow, and help drive profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; experience in restaurants or retail is a plus.
• People-first attitude with strong communication and leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and supporting development throughout the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
