Job summary

RaceTrac in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest‑first team. You’ll set the tone on shift, coach teammates, and handle food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling with calm, proactive leadership.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, oversee inventory and promotions, and help develop future leaders across our stores and divisions at RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cheerful, can-do attitude on shift.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and offer guidance.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide team to meet standards; oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance.
