RaceTrac in Georgia is seeking a Shift Manager who will lead a winning team on your shift, set a cheerful, can-do tone, and guide team members through food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

You will coach staff in real-time, address guest concerns with professionalism, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy while upholding RaceTrac’s core values and policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience, preferably in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments with guests.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
