RaceTrac in Georgia is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a Winning Team on your shift, set a cheerful tone, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll train and guide team members, handle food service tasks, inventory, and cash handling with accountability.

You’ll develop future leaders through hands-on coaching, ensure food safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a positive attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
