RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, deliver excellent guest service, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll coach teammates, handle food service, stocking, and cash handling, and drive daily store operations with a focus on performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Coach team members in real-time, guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, issue write-offs, and manage cash wrap and compliance docs.
• Lead shift change communication and maintain team alignment throughout the day.
• Support a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork on every shift.
