Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations across shifts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
