You’ll set the tone on your shift, coach teammates, handle food service, inventory, cash handling, and guest concerns with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet service and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store processes.
