Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes hands-on management alongside staff, with a focus on safety, adherence to policies, and delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver’s License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for cash procedures when in charge of a shift.
