RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in West Virginia to lead by example on every shift, empower teammates, and create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll help drive store performance and develop future leaders in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff in real time, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, handling cash and inventory processes, and maintaining strong guest service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on each shift and model RaceTrac's core values.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper cash handling.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Maintain guest focus and resolve concerns professionally.
