Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager in the United States. You will lead a winning team on your shift, set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude, and guide staff in food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling to meet RaceTrac’s standards.

You’ll coach team members in real time, address guest concerns with empathy, and drive operational excellence by overseeing inventory, promotions, and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
