Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at the Point Pleasant location. Responsibilities include coaching staff, producing high quality food, delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience, cash handling, and enforcing policies.

The role requires 38-40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and completion of a four-position certification. Candidates should be 18+ and have Serve Safe Food Handler certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work 38-40 hours per week.
• Get to and from work reliably.
• Lead by example in food quality and customer service.
• Open and close the store with proper procedures.
• Supervise a crew of 2 to 5 people.
• Bake bread and perform prep tasks.
