Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in our Charlotte restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability.

You will manage operations per company policies, execute systems, and maintain compliance with laws. The role requires long hours, a minimum age of 18, and Serv-Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains standards in product quality, customer service and costs.
• Assists in inventory and cash management using company systems to minimize loss.
