EDGE Express Car Wash in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a reliable Shift Lead to support daily operations and guide teammates when managers aren't on site. You’ll help open/close procedures, keep the wash line moving, maintain quality standards, and promote friendly, efficient service.

This position offers a pay range of $16.00–$17.50 per hour, flexible pay options via Wagestream, bi-weekly bonuses, and access to health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in customer service or retail.
• Basic leadership skills (from school, sports, or activities).
• Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check.
• Some weekend availability.
• Reliability is key; show up on time consistently.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person when managers aren't on site - keeping the team focused and operations running smoothly.
• Help open and close the location following all procedures.
• Keep the wash line moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Support sales by demonstrating proper membership pitch techniques.
• Train new team members on basic operations.
• Handle minor customer service issues and elevate when needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
